rustic-nebula provides architectural walking tours, heritage consultations, and related educational services in the Montreal area. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Booking and Cancellation
Tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from our team. Cancellation policies are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No refund
- Tours cancelled by rustic-nebula due to weather or other circumstances: Full refund or rescheduling
User Responsibilities
When participating in our tours and using our services, you agree to:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking tours
- Follow the instructions of your guide at all times
- Respect other tour participants and members of the public
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Not photograph or record content for commercial purposes without permission
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of rustic-nebula or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability

Walking tours involve physical activity and navigating public spaces, including uneven surfaces, stairs, and traffic. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. Participants with mobility concerns should inform us in advance.
Photography and Recording
We may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour. Participants may take photographs for personal, non-commercial use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rustic-nebula, its employees, and guides from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your participation in our services.
